cacao ceremonies

Guatemalan ceremonial-grade Cacao contains magical nutrients, including Theobromine, which can improve cognitive function and boost dopamine levels. Mesoamerican cultures, such as the Mayans and Aztecs, revered cacao as the “food of the Gods” and used this ancient plant medicine in rituals and ceremonies.

Cacao ceremonies are used for heart-opening spiritual enhancement, meditation, and intention setting. They promote connection with oneself and others through mindful self-reflection. Enjoying the steam, aroma, and taste of cacao is a gentle yet powerful expression of gratitude and healing.

We use Fifth Element Cahabon Cacao - 100% ceremonial cacao paste handcrafted by a family in San Antonio Aguas Caliente within the Kaqchikel nation. The cacao is sourced from the lush jungles of northern Guatemala. Each batch is made entirely by hand within a 100% organic and biodiverse production facility and is purchased via The Mayan Wisdom Project who support this family-run business.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, these fun and informal evenings guide you through the energy of crystals, how to choose and use them, and the art of reading oracle cards for guidance and insight.

You will:

• Learn the story behind specific crystals - where they come from and why choose them

• Learn how to cleanse and program your crystals.

• Practice intuitive card readings for yourself and others.

• Play with various decks and layouts.

We create a sacred space for manifestation and intention-setting where you can tap into your inner wisdom and feel empowered and inspired.

sound baths

Sound Baths are immersive experiences where you are bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. The sound waves and vibrations wash over you and affect the body on a cellular level, promoting deep relaxation, energy shifts, and emotional release. Sessions include breathwork and guided meditation to allow participants to open themselves further to the experience.

These are a beautiful way to spend time connecting with friends and family. They can also be combined with a Cacao Ceremony or workshop. I can cater to small or large groups and any private or corporate event. I also work with Nomadic Dinners who provide woodland dining experiences in the Chiltern Hills.
